Please be aware that your application to a specific course is only registered upon receipt of the full payment. For cancellations more than 4 months prior to the scheduled course date the full advance payment will be refunded. The advanced full payment to a specific course will not be refunded if a cancellation occurs less than 4 months prior to the scheduled course date.

Cancellation policy

Below you will find information about the requirements and consequences of the statutory right of withdrawal. Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this Agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you.
